What ANFRAX and FAYRA mean

ANFRAX is a coined name inspired by the German word „Anfrage“, meaning enquiry. It stands for intelligent customer enquiries, automated service and reliable follow-up.

AN = Anfragen, German for enquiries · FR = Follow-up & Response · AX = Automation Excellence.

FAYRA, pronounced „Fai-ra“, stands for Friendly AI – Your Reliable Assistant.

The names express our idea: helping businesses handle customer enquiries while making more time for personal service.

How FAYRA is designed to help

01 · UNDERSTAND

Receive enquiries

Customers send questions or requests through a planned digital contact channel.

02 · ORGANISE

Guide the conversation

FAYRA is designed to respond using approved information and collect the details needed for the next step.

03 · HANDOVER

Support employees

When a person needs to take over, the request can be prepared clearly and passed to the right team.

Project status: transparent from the start

A labelled, rules-based development demo using a fictional example business already exists. A full AI implementation, real pilot testing and commercial launch are not yet available. No confirmed prices or customer results are being claimed.

Our direction: Businesses across Europe first, multilingual solutions and wider international deployment over time.
