SJH NORTHWAVE NETWORK stands for new connections, economic possibilities and the courage to turn ideas into reality. Part of our philosophy is also to use part of future success to create positive impact.
Several public-interest projects are currently in concept development. They are being built completely separately from the commercial business, both organisationally and financially, and require transparent structures before we accept donations under our own responsibility.
01 · MAKING EXISTING COMMITMENT VISIBLE
Education in Africa — building schools
A school creates space for learning and opens up new opportunities for children. Tino and Nico, founders and managing directors of Hochsitz Akademie, support school-building projects in Africa together with the Reiner Meutsch Foundation FLY & HELP. I know both of them personally, and friendships have grown from this connection.
Donations go directly to FLY & HELP. SJH NORTHWAVE NETWORK does not manage these funds, receives no commission and retains no share.
02 · HELP ON THE GROUND · ANIMAL HOPE GREECE
Animal rescue in Greece
On the Olympic Riviera, we have cared for dogs and cats for several years that need protection, food, veterinary care and attention. Under the name ANIMAL HOPE GREECE, this has developed into a separate platform for responsible international adoption.
Plans include cooperation with municipalities, veterinarians and international animal-welfare partners, as well as transparent sponsorships and responsible rehoming. A formally approved rescue centre is a long-term vision.
The legal form and organisational requirements are still being clarified. There is currently no independent donation appeal for this project through Northwave.
03 · FUNDING IDEA IN DEVELOPMENT
Supporting Revierjäger training
We want to examine ways to support people on the path toward the officially recognised German Revierjäger qualification. Funding criteria, suitable partners and financing will first be developed carefully.
There is currently no application process and no funding commitment.
Independent and transparent
The public-interest projects are being developed legally and financially separately from the online business. We will only accept donations under our own responsibility once legal structure, responsibilities and use of funds have been clearly established.
