This website is provided through WordPress.com, part of the Automattic group. When the site is accessed, data such as the IP address, browser and device information, operating system, language, referring page, access time and usage information may be processed for technical delivery, security, troubleshooting and audience measurement.

Technical delivery and security rely on our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Contact requests are processed, depending on their content, for pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b), compliance with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c), or appropriate handling of the request under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies, similar technologies and statistics

WordPress.com may use cookies and similar technologies to provide the site, remember settings, maintain security and measure use. WordPress.com may also derive an approximate region from an IP address and create aggregated visitor statistics.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to answer your request and clarify necessary next steps. Gmail by Google is used for receiving and handling messages. This may include your email address, message content and technical transmission data. Further information is available in the Google privacy policy.

Please do not send passwords, bank access details, identity documents or confidential information belonging to other people in an initial message.

6. Website functions, external links and app preview

INRAXA and EIRAXA cannot currently be used as AI services on this website. There is no contact form, AI chat, travel booking, payment function or direct donation acceptance.

The website may link to external services and a separate app preview. These contents are not embedded on this website. Only when you open an external link do you access the respective service; technical access data and any further information you enter may then be processed there. Our ordinary links do not pass travel or customer data in URL parameters. Until the privacy review is complete, the app preview is intended exclusively for tests using fictitious information.

7. Recipients and processing outside the EEA

Automattic and its service providers may process data for hosting; Google processes data when Gmail is used. Processing may also occur outside the European Economic Area. Details on recipients and safeguards are provided in the linked privacy notices of Automattic and Google.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to handle a request, a possible collaboration or statutory retention duties. Automattic applies its own retention periods to technical data processed through WordPress.com and explains them in its privacy information.

9. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. Requests can be sent to hallo.northwavenetwork@gmail.com.

10. Right to complain

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. For the controller established in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority is particularly relevant.

This notice will be updated before new website functions, integrated services or the processing of real customer data are introduced.
